About Our PTO
The Valley Park Elementary PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) supports our students, staff, and families by sponsoring programs, activities, and events that strengthen learning and build community.
Our Mission
The VPE PTO is dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, staff, and families of Valley Park Elementary. We work to enhance the educational experience of our students, support our school community, and create opportunities for families to connect and get involved.

- Vice Presidents — Four Vice Presidents oversee committee groups: Staff & Student Services, Family Fun, Fundraising, and Enrichment / Engagement. They support committee chairs and serve as liaisons between committees and the Executive Board.
- Treasurer — Oversees PTO finances, budgeting, reimbursements, financial records, and reporting.
- Treasurer Elect — Supports the Treasurer while learning PTO financial procedures and preparing for future leadership.
- Secretary — Maintains official records, prepares meeting minutes, and supports organizational communication and documentation.
- Communications — Oversees PTO communications, including newsletters, website updates, and other family outreach.
