Activities
Activities include obstacle courses, bounce houses, carnival games, face painting, magic shows, raffle baskets, and more. Check back for additional activities as we get closer to the event.
- Magic shows featuring Reggie Regg The Magic Man will take place at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. in the VPE cafeteria.
- The raffle basket drawing will take place at 3:45 p.m. in the VPE cafeteria.
- Attendees can purchase raffle tickets online through Zeffy beginning Sept. 30. Watch for the link on WhatsApp and the PTO website.
Admission
All attendees will need a wristband to enter the carnival.
Presale
Presale will take place Sept. 21 through Oct. 1.
- $10 per student (K-12)
- $8 for preschool (ages 3 to 5)
- $5 for adults
- Children 2 and under are free
Day of the Event

Raffle tickets are $1 each and can be purchased pre-event and at the carnival.
Additional Costs
While most activities are included with admission, a few optional costs are worth planning for:
- Chatime: Features boba teas for purchase, with 20% of sales benefiting VPE PTO.
- Stuffd & Co: Create a friend. Make a memory. Give back. $24 per "stuffd friend" with $5 from every purchase benefiting VPE PTO.
- The Good Stuff Truck: Features a selection of funnel cakes, fried desserts, and corn dogs available for purchase with sales benefiting VPE PTO.
- Classroom Basket Raffle: Purchase raffle tickets for $1 each for a chance to win a themed classroom basket. You do not need to be present to win, but your name and contact information must be clearly legible.
Volunteers Needed
Calling all volunteers! We need your help to make the Fall Carnival a success. Please consider signing up for one or more volunteer shifts to help make this event fun for everyone. We need more than 100 volunteers to make this event happen.

Classroom Basket Raffle
One of the biggest attractions at the carnival each year is the classroom basket raffle. Each VPE class creates a themed basket with items donated by students and their families. Before and during the carnival, families can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a basket. All money raised supports VPE PTO fundraising efforts.
Room parents will coordinate with classroom families to collect donations for the class's themed basket. Classroom baskets can get competitive! Kids love seeing their baskets come together and watching their class create something special.

Parking
The VPE South Parking Lot and front drive will be closed for the carnival. Families may park in the Calvary Chapel parking lot at Blue Valley North High School. Please do not block neighborhood driveways or park in spaces marked "Reserved."
