Fall Carnival - Sunday, October 19, 2025

 

 

The Valley Park Elementary School PTO's Fall Carnival is coming to town on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 3 PM to 6 PM!!!

 

This fun-filled event is open to everyone in the community, so please invite your families, friends, and neighbors to join the festivities!

Admission

All attendees will need a wristband to enter the carnival.

  

  Pre-Sale (ends Thursday, October 16 at 11:59PM)

  Day of the Event

  • $10 per student (K-12)

  • $8 for preschool (ages 3-5)

  • $5 for adults

  • children under 2 & under are FREE

  • BONUS: (1) Basket Raffle Ticket for each pre-paid admission

Additional Costs

While the majority of the activities are included in the cost of admission, there are a few optional costs that you may want to plan for:

  • Chatime - A selection of boba teas will be available to purchase from Chatime, with proceeds benefitting the PTO! There will also have a limited number of bottled water, lemonade, and chips for sale in the cafeteria from the PTO, but no other food options.

  • Classroom Basket Raffle - You can help the PTO reach its fundraising goals by purchasing raffle tickets for just $1 each and win a fabulous themed basket! You do not need to be present to win, but your name and contact information MUST be clearly legible!

  • Teddy Bear Mobile KC - From fierce panthers to cuddly bears and rainbow-hued wonders, there's surely a stuffy for everyone at the Carnival! Each stuffed animal is just $15+ tax, with outfits starting at $6. All proceeds will benefit the PTO.

Volunteers NEEDED!

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS! We need YOU to make sure our Fall Carnival is successful! Please consider signing up one (or more!) volunteer shifts and help us make this event fun for everyone.

 

Volunteers will receive a promo code for ONE free pre-purchased adult entry (a $5 value) to the carnival after signing up for a volunteer shift.

Classroom Basket Raffle

One of the biggest attractions at the carnival each year is the Classroom Basket! For those of you new to VPE, each class participates in creating a themed basket with items donated by the students and their families. The basket is then raffled off during the carnival. All money raised from the carnival goes to support our fundraising effort for the 2025-2026 school year! 

 

Room Parents will be coordinating and collecting themed basket donations with their classroom families, so be on the lookout for a message from them, or your teacher, in the coming days.

 

Classroom baskets can get competitive! The kids love seeing their baskets come to life and to see who comes up with the best one. Be sure to have fun with this and remember no item is too small!

Parking Information

The VPE South Lot and the Front Drive will be closed for Carnival. Families may park in Cavalry Chapel parking lot at Blue Valley North High School. 

 

Please be mindful and do not block driveways throughout the neighborhood or park in spaces that are marked with Reserve signs.
