Fall Carnival

Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026 | 1 to 4 p.m. | VPE South Parking Lot

The VPE Fall Carnival is a fun-filled event open to everyone in the community! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors and enjoy an afternoon of carnival games, activities, food, entertainment, and more.

The 2026 carnival has concluded. The information below reflects the 2026 event and is provided as a reference. 2027 VPE Carnival information will be posted as it becomes available.

Activities

2026 activities included obstacle courses, bounce houses, carnival games, face painting, magic shows, raffle baskets, and more.

Magic shows featuring Reggie Regg The Magic Man took place at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. in the VPE gym.
The raffle basket drawing took place at 3:45 p.m. in the VPE cafeteria.
Attendees could purchase raffle tickets online through Zeffy beginning Sept. 30.

Admission

All attendees needed a wristband to enter the carnival.

Presale

$10 per student (K-12)
$8 for preschool (ages 3 to 5)
$5 for adults
Free for children 2 and under

Day of the Event

$15 per student (K-12)
$10 for preschool (ages 3 to 5)
$10 for adults

Raffle tickets were $1 each and could be purchased pre-event and at the carnival.

Additional Costs

While most activities are included with admission, a few optional costs were worth planning for:

Chatime: Featured boba teas for purchase, with 20% of sales benefiting VPE PTO.
Stuffd & Co: Offered "stuffd friend" for $24 each, with $5 from every purchase benefiting VPE PTO.
The Good Stuff Truck: Featured a selection of funnel cakes, fried desserts, and corn dogs available for purchase with sales benefiting VPE PTO.
Tina's Trucks: Featured a selection of burgers, nachos, tacos, and hot dogs
Classroom Basket Raffle: Raffle tickets were $1 each and provided a chance to win a themed classroom basket. Winners did not need to be present to win.

Classroom Basket Raffle

One of the biggest attractions at the carnival each year is the classroom basket raffle. Each VPE class creates a themed basket with items donated by students and their families. Before and during the carnival, families can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a basket. All money raised supports VPE PTO fundraising efforts.

For the 2026 Fall Carnival, room parents coordinated with classroom families to collect donations for the class's themed basket. Classroom baskets can get competitive! Parking

The VPE South Parking Lot and front drive were closed during the carnival. Families could park in the Calvary Chapel parking lot after 12:45 p.m. or at Blue Valley North High School. Families were asked to not block neighborhood driveways or spaces marked "Reserved."
